At Valley Seal, we specialize in restoring and protecting outdoor stone surfaces to look better than new. Every project begins with a meticulous surface preparation process, where we remove dirt, grime, organic growth, and buildup using top-of-the-line commercial cleaning and pressure-washing equipment. This deep clean ensures the surface is properly prepped for long-lasting results.
Once the surface is fully restored, we apply our custom 2-part urethane water-based sealer, engineered specifically for Arizona’s extreme heat and exposure to water. This premium sealer penetrates deep into the pavers and stone, reviving bold, rich color while creating a durable protective barrier against UV damage, moisture intrusion, fading, and wear. It also has an added anti-fungal that protects the sealer film from mold, moss, and algae. The result is a revitalized surface that looks new again, lasts longer, and stays protected year after year.
